The Weird Ideas Lab (WIL) is a strategic initiative of the Cognitive Warfare Agency (CWA) dedicated to identifying and nurturing unconventional ideas that can contribute to Bharat’s national security in the Cognitive Age. This concept paper serves as the foundational blueprint of the Weird Ideas Lab, outlining its philosophy, vision, and long-term direction for building a culture of strategic innovation beyond conventional thinking.
